This appears to be a weakness of the LAVA v1 test job, I've resubmitted it and it passed on the same board:

I'll send a pull request to only run LAVA v2 jobs on the odroid-xu3 as at least the boards in lab-collabora support v2. Other labs with an xu3 (lab-baylibre?) should fix their device configs accordingly.
