Open Tank Storage Receipts (TSRs), providing enhanced flexibility for your commercial and logistical requirements.
Under this arrangement, the Tank Storage Receipt may be issued without restriction to a specific refinery name, allowing you to nominate or amend the refinery designation at any time in accordance with your operational requirements.
Such amendments may be accommodated without additional cost, subject to applicable regulatory compliance requirements. This flexibility has been established to support evolving trading strategies, refinery scheduling adjustments, and optimization of downstream logistics while maintaining full operational transparency and integrity.
